Evolytix Consultancy operates as a technology transformation partner and consultancy firm based in Malaysia. These terms apply solely to the use of this website. Specific consultancy engagements, AI infrastructure engineering, and service provisions will be governed by a separate, formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Evolytix Consultancy and the Client.

Unless otherwise stated, Evolytix Consultancy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, images, and software. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Evolytix Consultancy for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes.
